During holiday and sale periods high demand can sometimes cause unexpected delays. In these circumstances, we will endeavour to express out your piece as soon as possible, however, please note processing may take an additional day.
Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves our facility we are unable to intercept it.
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.
We use a carbon-neutral shipping service for all standard delivery.

Tanouk delivers internationally via standard or express shipping.
During holiday and sale periods high demand can sometimes cause unexpected delays.
International postage will not be refunded if the customer wishes to return their order.
Exchanges are not offered for international purchases only credit notes and refunds.
A PRE ORDER is a product that will be available in the future, as per the date in the description.
Orders that contain a combination of PRE ORDER and available now goods will be together, with the other order being shipped in conjunction with its PRE ORDER date. If required we can post separately, please enquire if you would like this done, no Additional postage cost will be incurred in these circumstances.
